When Jesus feed the 5000 the Bible says, “When He had taken the five loaves and the two fish, He looked up to heaven, blessed and broke the loaves” (Mk 6:42). The phrase “looked into heaven” literally means He “recovered sight.” As a man tempted just as we are He had to be tempted to unbelief. But instead of focusing on the problem he looked into heaven to recover sight from God’s perspective. He focused on God’s provision. In ever need, or temptation we can focus on the problem or we can focus on the provision. Where we focus our attention will become the reality we accept. No matter how big the problem, follow Jesus example and recover sight. Then you can speak blessing over the situation and experience God’s provision!
