When Lori got to the hospital to see our brother, Bob, she found that he was worse than he was on Friday. On Friday he seemed so much better and had been gradually improving all week. We did not know he had started to get worse again over the weekend. He is confused because his ammonia level is in the high 60s, struggling to breathe with all the fluid on him, belly large and really tight again, and his creatinine level jumped back up. They have taken him down to insert the bad cath for kidney dialysis. He is refusing the cath and they have taken Lori down to talk to him.
