When Matrix meets Inception and they get blended with Terminator with a dash of Robocop and just two drops of Avataar (the series behind the Manoj Night Shyamalan one, not the James Cameron one) you have X-Men Days of the Future-Past. Not much Marty McFly/Return to the Future in this. Still, it is old tales blended to X-men flavours perfectly. There are small nuggets, like the time travel episode of Star Trek fashing on an old TV screen, acknowledging that this is an old ride in new 3D glasses. But guys, if the message is to be believed, one should forgive people their past misdemeanours and no one is ever fully lost! I can hear our future PM heave a sigh of relief on this. Paisavasool (great bang for your buck, for those of ya who dont understand Indian) movie, but if you are going into this expecting some Wolverine action, let me warn you, he has a speaking part in this. Irrespective, be kind to mutants, will ya? And, ever since Matrix, bullets can no longer be counted on to achieve their task! Dayum!
