When New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is right, hes right. And hes right on the bullseye with his support of the Keystone XL pipeline. Being practical, rational and pragmatic, we just need to get on with building it. Memories of the Great Recession and its lingering effects are still painfully fresh. This pipeline project will bring jobs, jobs, jobs. It will also provide an economic stimulus to the states and communities it impacts. For the American economy this is an invaluable asset. Keystone will further build our energy strength in the North American region. This is critical to our future. The smart move is to invest in an all-hands-on-deck, full speed ahead energy policy. We need to leverage the full gamut of energy production to include solar, wind, nuclear, oil, natural gas, etcetera. Energy prioritization, the expansion of our economic muscle and the maximization of resources strengthens our future as a country, as a part of a vibrant North America and as a member of a highly sensitive interconnected global economy. This is the only rational and realistic path forward. Glad to see Governor Christie use his considerable leadership skills to light the path forward for this pipeline project. --- RAM
