When Team One arrived to a cleaning appointment for a woman recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, the customer was having a particularly rough time. She had just undergone chemotherapy and radiation, her hair had started to fall out and shed shaved her head. She started to cry and the team leader gave her a hug, as did all members of the team. After the cleaning, they all hugged again and gave words of encouragement. The franchise followed up with a card signed by the team with heartfelt well wishes. The customer called after she received the card, which arrived on a day of rough chemotherapy treatment. The team gave her hope when she thought she had lost it.
