When Tested by Fire | Daniel 3 What do you do when you find yourself in a fiery situation because of people? You STOP, DROP, AND ROLL! Yes, thats right. While preparing this word, I was clearly reminded of my elementary school days when a fire department representative would drop by and give us specific child-like instructions to just simply STOP, DROP, AND ROLL if ever we were faced with a fiery situation. Well, God does the same thing for His children! As believers, we sometimes find ourselves in fiery situations simply because we choose not to bow to the pressures of man. When faced with such dilemmas, there are two things we must never do; one is panic and the other is compromise! Instead, God says to just STOP, DROP, AND ROLL! STOP any and all present activities until further notice from the Lord (aka BE STILL)…DROP to your knees and pray for Godly wisdom & direction, and after you have received it…obediently ROLL forward with the directions you have been given! It’s just that simple. Remember saints, there is nothing too hard for God and He always ready and able to walk with us through the fire just as He did with the three Hebrew boys. But, we must invite Him in and allow Him to take control of the situation! Praying that you have a blessed day in the Lord without compromise!
