When Ugandan bodabodas were shown the RED Card in South Sudan everyone was up in arms blaming the South Sudanese government for doing what a level headed government should be doing. Fast forward; today we are stuck with gang rapists who cannot even be found leave alone prosecuted because first of all we are not aware that they are in Uganda because no one knows how they entered. Then we have a miserable apology of a Police force whose minds have been grossly mangled by poverty!! Its high time Ugandans learn to keep their mouth shut
