When Valentino Ndaba goes deeper and deeper: AS I PLEAD Love - TopicsExpress

When Valentino Ndaba goes deeper and deeper: AS I PLEAD Love please don’t be a stranger, Love please keep me away from danger. The danger of losing me, trying to find me, Hate is trying to befriend me, Her traps of wired arms tangle around me. It hurts a pleasant pain, To know that ample comfort I can gain, Though reversed a feeling, It makes room for healing. Neglected and unwanted I feel So I take refuge in bushes of metal thorns. He was supposed to be more than just a curse in forming a blessing, He was supposed to keep what he had ejected and fused, Into a foetus, which grew into a heart, mind and soul wrapped in skin, So now, in darkness I have found myself as light akin, Hovering about and chasing unending pavements, I am the ghost of the night Discarded with no right No right to be loved As the man who was meant to be my father is not my father. Love please don’t be a stranger, Love please keep me away from danger. The danger of losing me, trying to find me, Hate is trying to befriend me, Her traps of wired arms tangle around me.
