When a fresh graduate direct from college is employed by the county government, job group N, what is that if not hard madness? Natural justice demands that experience and age count if at all these administrators are to command any respect. You cant climb a tree from the top! No wonder counties are on fire, just look at health sector among others. Devolution can be a good idea but poorly midwifed. These young, naive, inexperienced and robot-like technocrats is a time bomb. The county hiring circus makes mockery of job group mobility. There needs to be a clear, logical guidelines as it is with the central government. That is the bottom line...
