When a man talks about equal rights and civil rights for men, lets understand, he is talking from a place of observations throughout his lifetime of others, and recognize how society has become blinded and influenced mass media which include t.v. shows, movies, and the like. Where they are purposefully pushing a set of agendas that seek to harm the American family and its stability--thereby, destroying America at its foundation. You remember the story about building the foundation on solid ground versus sinking sand? Well, our society has put the family on a foundation of sinking sand in its attack on men/boys by continually showing them in less favorable roles, and creating unjust laws and policies to take away their equal and civil rights...Clearly, I support the neutrality between the genders without exceptions. I just have to remind people that we are all of the same human being class, and all want the same things in life and should be treated and respected the same. God did not create one gender greater than or less than the other, he created us incomplete without the other. He gave no one person/gender/race with absolute inteliigence over the others, we are all dependent on the others. No man/woman is an island unless you are a god. When you consider our laws and the exceptions, consider who benefits and to what extent, and who suffers and to what extent. Youll be surprised that the ones benefitting can not see anything wrong with the harm it is causing the less favored. No, I am not a victim of domestic violence since I have a remedy. Deterence is not a weapon; its a warning not to go there. Peace should reign without violence. A mothers or fathers glance used to be all that was needed to raise a family. That same glance should be a part of our legal system and mental and psychological health system, rather than their current power and control tactics over a selective group/race/gender, etc.
