When a new piece of machinery shows up in our factory (especially a custom-made one thats weve been waiting over six months for!), its practically like Christmas morning. Everyone gathers round as we turn it on for the first time and begin feeding products into it. This new addition is called a vibe debur machine, and the easiest thing to liken it to is a gigantic rock tumbler. Our raw products are tumbled with ceramic pebbles, washed, dried, and come out ready to be coated! The process gets rid of any sharp edges or undesireable nicks on the products. What would you put into this machine if you had one?
