When a system fails it means things no longer move in the right direction nor do they move at all. An accident that took place along the Tiko-Douala highway summoned close to 50 souls but to my greatest dismay CRTV is telling Cameroons that it led to the death of about 18 people, waoh. How long shall this continue, in just close to two months this same highway lane has succeeded in taking away smiles from the faces of many, oh dear me! My question is this, who is to be blame 1) Is it the fail system headed by the Biya Government which has brought about poor road infrastructure or 2) Lack of respect of the highway code on the part of the drivers and some pedestrians or 3) Or has this got to do with some spiritual powers from the dark world. Give your thoughts on this and please try to tell us what you think could be done to resolve this issue DANGER.
