When an officer say they look to the nco creed to evaluate NCOs during an article 15 proceeding...noonr isote professional than I is the main line...thats cause they didnt remember the rest...if you show me a soldier or nco or any leader for that matter that lives off that line ...they are either a liar or never got caught...you crack me up ...cause life isnt military so even if you argue with your spies thats not professional...see ppl look at big things ....but NCOs break it down...an look at each piece of what happened...I realize you to lie sometime so soldiers think thats ur life but us as leaders need a reality check .....I just watched a good man lose his stripes cause I couldnt talk fast enough...bet this ...it wont happen again..and an officer said it still comes down to he shouldve done whats right ...the thought in my head at that exact moment was ...u mean doin right like when you an d ur wife were walkin down the street and u thought man that chick is tough I would give anything to sleep with her...like I said some of you just dont get caught..maybe it should be no one is better at covering stuff up more than I ...its pathetic ...Its like a domino effect too..even senior NCOs ...Ive earned my keep ...right but no one does every aspect of their job ...youll learn my respect when you retire...until then...dont bend the rules for no one cause more professional than I.......the army doesnt say to give second chances...sr leaders keep ppl that make their job easier...not this guy cause I know my job...I feel sorry for those who dont....injustice today...3-1.....OUT
