When and as I see myself attaching energy to a teacher and/or the respective subject matter, I stop and breathe. I see, realize and understand that I was about to limit myself within/as an energy motivation to open the subject matter up for me, using something in separation from me to understand something. I do not allow an energetic experience to direct me nor to facilitate learning, as I see, realize and understand that I am relinquishing self-direction and self-motivation – and self per se.
