When bad luck strikes.. Last night I went out to withdraw my salary. at 10:01:38 I checked my ATM balance at China Bank at Bulacao, balance was 6,445.73. I withdraw the 6,400 pesos. There was an error, cannot process transaction.. No receipt and money was dispensed. So I went to the bank on the opposite side, RCBC, where I tried to withdrew the 6,400 pesos (middle receipt). Much to my surprise, no money was dispensed and only the receipt came out it said ER CODE: TRANSACTION VOIDED. 058 INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. Time was 10:09PM Whaaattt? I went back in line again in China Bank to check the ATM balance and there it was, only 45.73 pesos remained on my account.. And there is no bank today since its a special non working holiday.. From what Ive read online, the it will take 3-4 business days for the money to be credited back to my account. SIGH. And that means the earliest is on Monday if my complaint will be addressed tomorrow. Good thing we still have about 2,100 pesos left and weve bought 15 kilos of corn yesterday. This should be enough until next week. ~Gerald
