When dealing in business, one must ALWAYS remember to keep the personal separate. Personal clouds judgement, allows for being taken advantage of and breaks relationships. When a business agreement is made, all of that: Ill catch you later; You can wait for the money; or is that what I said? goes out the window. Keep it straight up and get your money squared away via contract so folks cant get selective memory. Two good friends of mine have been screwed over recently because they let the personal get in the way and to make matters worse, it wasnt like the people were really their friends anyway because true friends would never do that. Like I always say: business is business; personal is personal and I never confuse the two. Also, a persons word should be their bond so if actions and words dont match, neither does the relationship. Always have your house in order and anything or anyone that comes against the house once, should never be allowed back in it (let them talk from the curb!) God bless~
