When did the word Jury (both in English and French) become Ziroto - TopicsExpress

When did the word Jury (both in English and French) become Ziroto in Macedonian? Jury in French is closer in pronounciation to Zuroto. Likewise, when did Bluff (French/German and English) become blef in Macedonian? Boulevard, meaning street in French is pronounced as bulevar in Macedonian with the d being silent but then Ballet (balay) is rendered as Balet in Macedonian. Why the inconsistency? Also, when did the Latin/English word speculation become shpekulacija (sh sound) when the first letter of the word is just S? I honestly dont know what the tax-payer funded 33 full time staff of the Institute for the Macedonian Language-Krste Misirkov (UKiM) do all day? Its not as if changing a letter requires great effort....!
