When doing OLY work Remember these 4 things....(article below) Another thing! Be PATIENT :) Sometimes we tend to get frustrated whenever we miss certain lifts or cant quite grasp the 2nd or 3rd pulls all that well.. Its OK! The greatest Olympic lifters didnt learn to snatch more than 2x their body weight overnight. Getting to that next level takes a lot of TIME and CONSISTENT TRAINING. Instead of focusing on HOW MUCH weight is on that bar, focus on making every lift look the same. The more consistent we can be at a lighter weight with proper execution of form the better it will translate once you start adding plates. Hope youre having a great day Bedlam!
