When i was little i was an avid Collector of Choose your own adventure Books with my first bought in 1983 or so (Search for the Mountain Gorillas) and Twistaplot books. It wasnt much of a leap to go from those to collaborative storytelling of Tabletop Roleplaying games when my Family first moved to Collie in 1987 and I met Scott. By Upper school we had a regular Saturday game (That I rode the 33 km home after) and a tight group of friends who, when at school, hid in the library foyer from bullies, the weather and illiterate idiots. Our game of Choice was Shadowrun, not Dungeons and Dragons (even though we played that on occasion too) Ive avoided playing SR for a few years now although i still have a regular Friday Game of Which Ian is the only collie Player, and occasional games with Travis.
