When is the best time for you to work out? It depends on what you want to do. If you want to build muscle mass it may be better for you to work out in the afternoon when your body is warmer and has more fuel available. If you want to lose weight it may be better to work out in the morning when your fuel stores are depleted and the body has to reach into fat stores. The reality is, the more the day progresses the more likely life will get in the way of your commitments.
