What are these 2 supplements known for? 1) Recovery 2) Lean Muscle Growth 3) Increase strength and Stamina during training. Those who say they dont work hv 1 thing in common, they DONT train hard enough in the gym! Most of them train a little, take their supplements, and expect to grow hugh. The problem here: if they dont train hard enough to stimulate the muscles, there is nothing to recover from. And when they lift within their comfort zone, they dont need the strength and stamina. Thats why the supplements dont work for them. So the solution: TRAIN HARD to stimulate growth! Then the supplements will work.
