When it comes to building your business, building a team of people who have a spirit of excellence about them is the most important thing you can do. Oftentimes, employers settle for less than the best candidates for a job position because they feel they dont have time to look or grow impatient with filling a position. Even worse, when an employee leaves the company, the slip someone else into the position through promotion when they are neither qualified or the type of individual who will display the kind of work ethic that is needed to excel in their new position.
