When life slows you down, it is usually for a reason. Today when I was driving somewhere, I got nearly every red light! I couldnt believe it as I normally get green lights. I started to get a little impatient but then I thought to myself what if Spirit is stopping me from where I need to go for a reason?. Then once I acknowledged that, I still got red lights but I just relaxed into myself. I felt so calm. I was a little bit late but nothing that impacted my day too much. It all worked out. So, when life does that to you, try not to get too caught up in the moment. Normally when it happens it is usually a blessing in disguise. ;)
