When narcissist/malignant narcissists/sociopath predators do get help they actually only learn how to be better con artists -- they learn how to have a better facade so they can hurt more victims... That is all help does for these predators. It is absolutely proven. So anyone who knows what one of these is and still wants to feed and nurture it just know that feeding and nurturing is actually akin to effort and resources you are taking away from someone else who needs and deserves it and giving it to a predator to strengthen a monster to continue doing horrible and then worse things to more victims. That is all helping these predators can ever accomplish. It is each persons own decision which chick on the beach he or she chooses to feed as I stated before. You can feed the fat (referring to the greedy mean one not referring to weight) evil chick (symbolism for bird, which can be either male or female) on the beach, the nasty Cowbird who knocks other sweet innocent good chicks out of the nest to fall to their deaths directly or indirectly or you can feed the sweet innocent chick that is dying on that same beach.
