When one talks about the most hellish nations in the world, ...certain names come to mind - Pakistan, Yemen, Afghanistan, Somalia, DR Congo or even more recently, Southern Sudan and Syria! What you do not think about is the fact that Nigeria has risen up to join this group of nations! Nevertheless, regardless of how you spin it, that is the truth! There are few places in the world where human life is cheaper than in Nigeria. Nigeria has become a place where mass killings do not even stay in headlines more than a day and quite obviously, such events do not cause our leaders to miss a heart beat or even pause from their celebration schedules! In Nigeria, we have a president and leaders who will rather go to a party and celebrate than spend the time to mourn and plot solutions to the security problems embattling the nation. The fact remains, without equivocation, that the leadership does not give a hoot and they have made that abundantly clear! Unless we who are the people are willfully stupid and blind, we have seen enough to know that there is duplicity and complicity on the part of the Nigerian leadership concerning the terrorism which we witness ravaging the nation! We have become a nation where the life of a Nigerian citizen is worth less trouble than that of a dead rabbit! For any Nigerian to see all these and still be unable to process the simple fact that ANY government is BETTER than THIS NONSENSE that we have been dealt as Nigerians! In 2015, there may not be great choices however the only important choice to remember is that any REPLACEMENT of this useless INCUMBENT administration is a BETTER CHOICE!! This nation cannot, ....must NOT continue in its current path... THIS CARNAGE MUST STOP ASAP!!
