When people cant really discern things spiritually, they dont understand the choices that are being made around them nor the seasons people are going through. For instance, if you have to pull back from participating in something because something is going on with you spiritually, theyll become confused and may take offense... They might even speculate and gossip about it because they dont see beyond whats natural but a spiritual minded person would say to themselves God must be shifting things for this person for a reason... And theyll pray about it and watch for the new thing that God is about to do.... My point is this... You can be a Bible believing Christian and still not have the gift of discernment.... nor the spiritual maturity that will give you insight into how the seasons change in the spiritual realm. When you are yielded to the spirit and are obedient to His word... And you have to stop when God says so and go when God says so, some carnal minded folks wont get that. They only think that people do what they want to based on their desires. They dont understand that certain people are intently awaiting upon the instructions of The Lord and do as He says to do no matter what it might look like to others.
