When police officers murder a 13-year old child carrying a plastic replica rifle in less than ten seconds, firing 8 rounds with 7 rounds finding their target, and claiming they feared for their lives, theres something terribly wrong. No more than 10 seconds elapsed from the time sheriffs deputies spotted a 13-year-old California boy carrying what they thought was an assault rifle and the moment they shot him dead. We might expect an UNtrained officer to fire but trained police officers should know not to fire on civilians. Protect and Serve? No. Fear and Murder is more like it. Scaredey-cat cops on the loose murdering humans at will. The only protection seen from police officers is their protection of each other.
