When problem solving, an organised approach must be undertaken. Sometimes it is possible that two relatively obvious problems combine to provide a set of symptoms that can mislead the faultfinder. Be careful of this possibility and avoid solving the wrong problem. Try to avoid being caught in the trap of blindly following instructions without having a full understanding of the task to be completed.
