When running for my half marathon my knee started to hurt so bad during one of my long 10 mile runs. I asked one of my runner friends for advice and she mentioned using a foam roller to stretch my knee. I searched on YouTube for a video and found this helpful tool. I had lateral knee pain so my focus was on the IT Band and peroneal muscles. It hurt so much!!!! So I took my time and consistently foam rolled my way to a healthy knee.
