When some people talk, they believe they add value when they do so, not knowing that they only expose their ignorance and arrogance. Men love to talk about marriage and women as it expresses their machismo. A man known of marrying many women said proudly once in a gathering: a woman is like a shoe, you change one every now and then. People thought that his statement was distasteful as they all have daughters and sisters. They turned to an elder who was sitting quietly asking him for his opinion. He addressed that man saying: this is true only if you look at yourself as a foot! However, if you consider yourself as a king, she can only then be your crown. This remains on your head as long as you reign! The Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said: the best of you are those best to your wives.
