When someone does violence for Islam, people are very quick to dismiss all Muslims as evil. When a Christian does something horrible as part of their faith, those same people are happy to yell Not all Christians! Look, neither are particularly forward-thinking faiths. But when you paint all Muslims as villains it makes life more difficult and dangerous for the overwhelming majority of Muslims who are good, moral, and compassionate people. If you dont like Islam, then argue epistemology with its adherents. Persuade them. Defaulting to treating Muslims as terrorists is lazy and intellectually dishonest.
