When someone i know loses a loved one and needs to cry on my shoulder. it is very hard for me to give encouraging words and sympathy because my heart hardened about death long ago. i just dont know how to make them feel better and i come off sounding cold and heartless even tho i dont want to. Please know that i will be there for a friend in a time of their sadness but understand that i lost my emotions on death years ago so dont expect me to be able to say sootheing words for your loss. While everyone is telling u how sorry they are for you, i will be the one to look at you and say hey it happens.
