When someone injects drama, venom and is being toxic towards you or someone you care about ask yourself this...what do they have to benefit from it? What do they fear losing? Why would they go to that extent and expend their energy on it? Think about it and youll eventually arrive at the proper conclusion. Theyre driven by fear, anger, insecurity and low self esteem to name a few. Its them and not you. Remember if they talk about someone else to you they talk about you to someone else. Thus ends my rant.
