When someone is hurting ...nothing gives us the right....not even freedom of speech....to kick them while theyre down with I told you so or Oh well. If you truly know what its like to hurt.....to walk through a valley in life, then use your experience....use your testimony to help someone through their valley. Feeling a deep burden for a few loved ones this morning who are struggling through some dark places in their life. When they ask for prayer, theyre not asking because they dont know what else to say. Theyre asking because even in their struggle, they still believe in and trust the God who can pull them out and heal their wounds.....theyre asking YOU to pray for them, trusting you to do just that when you tell them you will. As Ive heard one of the precious Ministers of the church say....I want to feel the pain others feel so that I can better know how to pray for them....so I can pray earnestly for them. I want to pour out for them when theyve run out of tears to cry. God speak to our heart! Make us sensitive to the needs of others!
