When the righteous are in authority the people rejoice; but, when the wicked beareth rule, the people morn -Proverbs 29:2 My position? I dont believe in sole party infatuations or conducting relations with government organizations with propriety. Basically, my belief is that political-party and the labels thereof (democrat, republican) was meant as means to separate a country based on mass political sectionalism. Could the government use it against us? Yes. Why would the government rise against us when it could manipulate us to war within ourselves? Best case scenario, its a flawed system set up to negotiate census and political trending data. I think political parties should be done away with. Its also used as a political reference point. (Why is that so bad???) Because, all of this data is used to target; races, genders, regions, education level, religions.. etc., and determine what PARTY each individual sect leans toward when a certain political move is rendered. Thus, I am registered as an (Ind) Independent, because my reason of discretion is none of my governments business. They know right from wrong. I believe that they dont need the aid of 3rd party statistics to figure out the bottom line. You either do your best to help your own country in crisis, or you dont, and send your resources elsewhere. Understand, it seems like politics is nothing more than a game to many of the officials running for office. You may never accurately exercise your voting rights beyond local politics (if even then). Voting doesnt work like it should. Its not person per person, vote for vote. Its an elaborate system of electoral representatives (such as HOR and the Electoral College... and elections doesnt always collaborate with the majority consensus of the American people. Change doesnt START at the Whitehouse. Change starts with local government and local representatives, and moves up. Your local government is more important than the presidential elect. Local Government represents you. Look at their credentials. I want to know their works. I want a Whitehouse that honors God. I want a senate that honors God. I want a Government that loves their country. -Raine George
