When the sun sets, darkness comes. Again, light comes after darkness.The sun rises from the east, shining and spreading the light to the west, south and north. No room for darkness again. At last, we have seen the light with our naked eyes, it shining on our land, we heard the good news and we are feeling the imparts. Ile-Oluji will never wittness darkness again and again. Amen.This is just the begining of a new dawn. Though, the struggle continues but for now, fear gone, our fevers and headaches healed. No more acrimony, no more hate, no more riot, no more accusations, and no more bIames. I hope the announcement will help greatly in rebuilding the lost of trust and confidence once again on our leaders. Thanks to the president of Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Goodluck Jonathan for his magnanimity. This gesture will for forever remains an evergreen. Ile-Oluji will forever be grateful to his administration. Governor Olusegun Mimikos name will be written in Gold in Oijefon Land and in the hearts of all Oijefons not only for the citing this gigantic and Lackadaisical institution in our land but for his sincerity in keeping his electioneering campaigns promise for Ile-Oluji. Above all, for not being partial and selfish in the location of this Higher Institution. Unlike his predecessors who had used their positions to influence the establishment of such institutions in the land of their births even where it was glaring that such town or towns may not ripped for such then. And to our future Governor Dr Pius Osunyikanmi, thank u for your patriotism and love for your father land. History will forever appreciate your on tiredness and unrelented efforts toward realizations of this great dream. I am also using this medium to congratulate all our sons and daughters both home & abroad for your supports and love. I cannot but also salute the courage, interest and love demonstrated by our youths towards the accomplishments of this institution and in seeing our community progressing at all course. And to those who laid their lives in the couse of our struggles to this great journey, may God grants u an eternal rest. I equally congratulate the Jegun of Ile-Oluji Oba Engr .S.S. Adedugbe and His Chiefs for their love and interest in the development our father land. Let us continue to sing the songs of joy and shout Halleluya to God that made the establishment of Federal Polytechnic, Ile-Oluji possible. Long live Ile-Oluji! Long live Ondo State!! Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria!!!
