When the word "Hindu" is used, like "I am a Hindu", "Hindu" is used as a Noun. But when somebody uses the word "Hindu" like "Hindu Economist", "Hindu Nationalist", "Hindu" word becomes an adjective. All the problem comes with the careless use of adjective. Like his usual self, Modi tried to dodge the question of "Hindu Nationalist". But there is difference between a "Nationalist" and a "Hindu Nationalist". In case of "nationalist", the noun is "Nation". In case of "Hindu nationalist", the noun is "Hindu Nation".
