When things get difficult, men should not give up on prayer. Jesus says don’t give up. He says be persistent. Keep asking. Are you still walking by faith or are you used to asking and not receiving so that you have changed your faith-life, you don’t believe anymore? Are you used to talking to your body and it doesn’t respond and now you don’t care anymore? Jude/3: contend for the faith that was delivered to us. Your faith won’t just be there in your heart because there are forces out there to inspire you to give up your faith. Christianity will not be that easy walk. There is a fight of faith. No one ever walked this road and failed. No one ever walked this path and failed. All who put their trust in God overwhelmed their adversaries and dominated their world. Put your trust in the Lord and be convinced by His Word. You can only have problems when you really don’t believe His Word. You can always be a success. Don’t wait until you are 90 before you know whether you succeeded or not. At this stage of your life, are you a success? Did you ever go through some tough circumstance and you were wondering why it happened to you? Bad things happen to good people. It doesn’t matter that something bad has happened, it’s what you are going to do about it that counts.
