When we booked a #CebuPacific ticket online from Bacolod to Manila, we paid for two suitcases at 330 pesos each. We did not pay online for our return flight because we didnt know if we would have one or two bags. When we got to the airport, #CebuPacific charged us 3100 pesos, claiming that we needed to declare our baggage at least 4 hours before the flight. There was nothing in the ticket or baggage information that we received to suggest such prices. We feel like we were robbed by #CebuPacific. Is this honest?
