When we came back from our mission, my doctor was gone. She closed her practice, took her family and left the country to help people in underprivileged areas, using her wonderful skills to help others. She is such a good doctor and I miss her because she took good care of me. Looking for a new doctor has not been a pleasant experience. I hate going to the doctor in the first place and it has been a long time since I went to a male doctor. Today had an appointment with a new doctor, a male doctor. He came highly recommended. He was pleasant and I think I will be happy. He asked lots of questions, I gave him lots of answers and then asked some questions of my own. I am pretty healthy, have been most of my life, but have some blood pressure problems and needed some new prescriptions. Have some blood work to do, get a Mammogram, and got an x-ray for my leg. Have an appointment in a month to see how healthy I really am. Oh, my!!!!
