When we come into this world we are like a delicate jewel, we are deeply connected to the divine river of love, peace and harmony and we shine our light out into the world. Just think of a baby and how they have such bright eyes and such a joyful laugh. This is our natural state of being. We are like tree’s that have deep roots in the earth and shine our divine love through the leaves. But the problem is that this channel of energy can become blocked very easily. We are born into a world of various dark energies that can smother our light. We can get hurt by the people who are supposed to look after us. Just like air, water and food, we all deeply crave love and if we don’t get this love, we will adapt in any way possible to get it. Just like a plant will go to many lengths to reach he sunlight. Think of a tiny plant that makes its way through the paving stones. The journey of healing is about taking steps back and looking at the origins of your wounds and understanding and forgiving the people that hurt you. Understanding that no matter how you were treated by the outside world, you are an amazing, beautiful being.
