When we first lived in Metz, we lived on the economy, Pat Burrows-Meyer lived upstairs from us, and though I have few memories, I remember our little dog being bitten by a German Shepherd Dog across the street, Pat linked me to a picture of that apartment building and it is amazing how well I remembered the houses across the street. Next we lived in a row type housing that had a connected attic. There were at least 3 maybe 4 units that had a downstairs main living area and the upstairs where the bedrooms were. The attic was in the closet at the top of the stairs. This is significant as I had told my parents someone was coming in and out of there and they didnt believe me. After we moved away it was found out that someone was living up there, though I have no memory of who it was. I would love to find out where it was, so I can google map it. We had the far end unit, there was a back patio, where we had barbecues. I remember when Deans birthday party someone dropped a flamming marshmallow and I stepped on it, the night before we left for Spain to go camping. Does anyone else remember this place? Then we lived in the big apartments.
