When we grasp ahold of the name above all names and the amount of power that resides within.....BROKENESS WILL BOW! BROKENESS WILL CEASE! WHAT WOULDNT WORK...WILL BEGIN TO FUNCTION! Just got to glorify my Father for just a second. A little while ago, I awoke from a nap to the boys informing me that our AC was broke and not working. So I go in there and do everything that I could possibly think of. I checked the lines to make sure they werent froze. Took the controller off of the wall. Reset it several times. Turned it on and off several times and nothing. By this time the AC had been down for a couple of hours. And temp in here was reaching 80 plus. Anyone who knows me, knows that 72 is uncomfortable to me. So I go at it again. But this time I felt the Holy Spirit speak to me and say, Youve already tried all of that. Why not pray?! So........I lay my hand on the thermostat controller and said this small prayer, Dear Lord, you tell us that if we ask anything in your name that it shall be done. So I ask and believe that you are going to make this air conditioner work until Robert can get here Monday to fix it. In Jesus name, Amen! Immediately the AC came on without me pushing any buttons or touching anything else. And the look and reaction from the boys....priceless!!!! John 14:13-14 (KJV): And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. Yes, I know....just an air conditioner...big whip! Right?! But if my Father is willing to fix a broken air conditioner by just the mention of his name...imagine how eager he is to fix a broken marriage, a broken family, a broken checking account, a broken heart, a broken spirit, a broken self esteem, a broken relationship, broken friendships, broken bones, broken flesh, a broken vehicle, a broken dream...I dont care what is broken tonight! If we can just grasp ahold of the power that resides in that name, JESUS!!!! BROKENESS WILL BOW!!!!
