When will Indiana Medicaid learn that Im not one to bend over and just take it? I am tired of your lazy ass staff not doing their jobs and in turn placing double duties on the providers. If people on knew the amount of wasted tax money spent on handling the same requests multiple times you wouldnt be sitting at your desk with that give a shit attitude. I always have and always will advocate for my clients regardless. Pull your heads out of your asses and do your job.
