When you KNOW you got a message on your phone and you try to find it to confirm what time your appointment is and where you are meant to be... and the message is NOT: IN Whatsapp IN SMS IN FB Messenger IN your work email IN your personal email IN your other work email IN your rarely rarely used Skype account IN your Calendar IN your never used OOvOO account IN your only for work meetings used Hangout and so you recheck them ALL, wrack your brain trying to think where it could be... check voicemail just to be sure... (do people still leave messages)... AND finally give up and call to check and once confirmed manually you ask where they sent the message, and she checks and it was using VIBER!! Which I totally even forgot I have on my phone. And here I was thinking technology was meant to Simplify my life!
