When you allow what someone says or does to upset you youre allowing that person to control you. Remember what a person says about you does not define who you really are. He are she has there own opinion of you and it does not determine your self worth. Im learning I dont have to respond to every critic. I dont have to prove myself to them. Even if youre trying to change for GOD and do right. The fact of the matter that some people will never be at peace with you. Just deal with it pray for them nomatter what they say and move on.
