When you are at a City Council Meeting, and the subject is Garbage and Recycling Fees. Everyone is bound to have a misspoken word. Superior Wisconsin, Mayor Hagen is always well spoken. But this really made me smile, when he said that a budget shortfall would cause the layoff of Cops & Robbers & Firemen. It was priceless being near the police chief, and hear him chuckle also. Thanks so much!!!
