When you are in charge of an institution, you become vulnerable to your enemies. Even though you are using your leadership ability to help the institution move forward, you will always be criticized by them. While you are using all the tools and resources you have to handle criticize, they will always find negative things to say regarding your administration. The reason why they choose to refuse to recognize your efforts is because they would like to be seen by the people as the ones who have the ability to handle any unexpected situations. Theoretically, they are very powerful in their political views. Practically, they would have no idea where to begin tackling the unexpected events. Today, I would like to encourage you to continue doing your job. You are on your way to make more positive things happen. The people who chose to become their leaders really admire you. They have strong confidence in your leadership. I know you are very clever and never pay attention to destructive criticism. If you had no leadership intelligence, you would never be chosen to lead the institution. Truthfully speaking, you have already proven your leadership knowledge. -Peterson Francois
