When you choose to be living according to the Fighter Diet rules, you have re-feed days. That means you eat all that that is forbidden on the normal days: starches, carbs, fruit, rice, pasta, bread. So its not like you will never have it, you just cannot have it every day! For me its all about keeping life simple and enjoyable. I had those years too when I found it unfair that I would always walk around feeling deprived. But I just changed that outlook and told myself, hey Pauline you chose this so enjoy it or get lost. Its about the doing, not knowing what to do. The Fighter Diet Concept is a fantastic way to achieve your fitness goal. Its my preferred version on how to do it. I practice what I preach. To some I am very extreme but thats ok. I will never complain about not being able to have certain foods. Its my choice to eat the way I do.
