When you feel negative about yourself and your life feels a bit lost, there can almost feel like no way out. Thats when the negative cycle needs to stop. Thats when you need to look up and see the possibilities. Creating a new cycle of hope needs an awakening of your inner desires and faith in yourself to achieve necessary change. Allow yourself to believe you are worthy and who you are is good enough....in fact, allow yourself to embrace your own uniqueness and actually like/love the person you are. Exercise may not be the answer to the universe and it may not transform ALL things....but it can hold the key to so much that can assist in awakening your very existence. Today we have a fitness industry that has a magnificent array of choices....from spiritual yogas, group dance classes, freestyle classes, branded classes, boot camps and equipment based classes. Thats not including walking on the beach, swimming, hill climbing, cycling, golf, water sports and team/competitive sports. Finding a sport, class or past time that not only works your body but opens your mind and frees your spirit has a massive impact on your soul.
